Good Morning! As it's breakfast time, I thought I'd share a breakfast recipe. I'm going to call it Muesli for Matrimonial Bliss, or Warm Banana Muesli for to everyone else. It's a healthy, warming breakfast, perfect for setting you up for the day ahead as we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This recipe serves 2 people.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp Millet Seeds
1 Tbsp Almonds
2 Tbsp Rasins
1/2 pint Skimmed Milk
2 Bananas
Put the seeds, nuts and rasins into a small saucepan with the milk and bring to the boil. Slice the bananas and add to the mixture. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve the Muesli hot.
